Resource Global is taking our cohort model to Singapore in 2020. With our church partners, we will be engaging with 15-20 young professionals through a proven cohort group model. By providing mentorship and community, we see the lives of cohort members changed with a better understanding of God’s work in the city. Cohort members identify how God created them to share the Gospel with their sphere of influence. With a vision for their unique role, these young leaders will begin to see how they can influence the marketplace, city, and world for the Kingdom.

Sharon Headshot.jpeg

Sharon Mah has served in both para-church and private sectors. The first few years of her career included being a speech and drama teacher in a local drama center, and business analyst with ExxonMobil Asia Pacific before joining ForeRunner, the music ministry of Singapore Campus Crusade for Christ.

In 2010, she responded to God’s call return to the marketplace. Eventually she joined ROHEI Learning & Consulting, a corporate training and consulting company whose mission is to inspire hope, joy, courage and purpose in the global workforce. Her purpose is to make truth visible with clarity, authenticity and vulnerability to move people towards wholeness. Her other interests include cooking, feasting, hosting meaningful gatherings, street food hunting, supporting social enterprises, and sharing adventures with her amazing husband. She still gets to sleep occasionally. Really.

Yu Khing has worked in both Government and private sector. He started his career as a Sport Psychologist and went on to sports policy and major projects - including setting-up the Singapore Sports School, and the Singapore Sports Hub. He has also worked in corporate training and people development.

He is now involved in marketplace consulting, mentoring, and outreach, including teaching an elective module at Tung Ling Bible School on Our Calling As Marketplace Christians. His mission is to bring Kingdom into the marketplace, and to inspire and equip Christians to live out their Kingdom calling in the marketplace. Yu Khing has been married to Sharon for 15 years and both of them enjoy hawker food, music, the performing arts, and just hanging out with people.
